Abstract. An interval matrix A with given  and  is the set of all matrices  such that . Eigenvalue andeigenvector of A is called possibleeigenvalue and eigenvector of an interval matrix A. With the definitionseigenvalue and interval matrix over max-plus algebra, can be developed aalgorithm ‚Äúpossible eigenvector‚ÄĚ to test whether a given vector  is a possibleeigenvector of that interval matrix. Whereas universal eigenvalue andeigenvector of an matrix A is  the eigenvalue and eigenvector of each A. Universal eigenvectorwith  can be found by solving two-sided systems oflinear equations over max-plus algebra.
